Summary
The customer needed a heavy balcony lifted from the outside up onto a first-floor deck and planned to stain the deck first. Photos were attached to show the size and lift points, and the poster emphasised the need for three strong people and careful handling to avoid crashing into the windows below. After the initial Q&A and photo checks, the job received one Offer; the Selected Offer was $299 from a provider who held a 5-star rating. On completion, the team coordinated the lift using ropes and clear communication, moving the balcony straight up and into position on the first-floor balcony without incident. The task proceeded as requested and achieved the agreed outcome while respecting the poster’s requirement to protect the windows and surrounding area.
