Fix toilet seat, fit door stop and gate catch

I need a handyman for three small jobs at a property in Birkdale: 1. Repair or replace the damaged round metal mounting plate for the toilet seat hinge. Please keep the existing seat if possible. 2. Supply and install a living room door stop on the skirting board, similar to the bedroom one, to prevent the door handle from hitting the wall. 3. Supply and install a hold-open catch on one driveway gate. The other gate already has a catch, but this gate swings closed unless someone holds it. It needs to stay securely open while I drive in. Please quote for all three jobs, including labour, materials, call-out fees and GST.
