Summary

The owner of a 2009 Mazda Axela in Glen Eden, Auckland needed both rear car suspenders replaced so the vehicle could pass its WOF. The car was making a loud noise from the suspenders and the owner didn’t have the tools or parts, and felt nervous about driving it. Three offers were received and the selected offer was $499 (labour; parts were extra). Tasker agreed to meet at the customer’s location and scheduled the work for Friday the 24th. All necessary tools were brought to site and the job progressed from initial inspection to replacement of both suspenders. The repair was completed successfully to meet WOF requirements. The customer left a positive rating (5 stars) with the comment: “Super quick and efficient service and good with communication also, thank you!”.
